Deisel Mechanic
Experience:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic, preferably working with industrial equipment.
– Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical issues.
– Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.

Skilled Concret Finisher
Responsibilities:
· Placing forms that hold concrete to ensure the required depth and pitch is achieved.
· Monitoring the effect heat, wind and cold have on curing concrete to ensure high-quality results.
· Removing edges on expansion joints and sides.
· Installing anchor bolts, steel plates and other fixtures in freshly pored concrete.
· Polishing surfaces using smoothing materials, abrasive tools, and surfacing machines.
· Aligning forms for sidewalks, curbs, and gutters.
· Waterproofing, damp-proofing, and restoring concrete surfaces.
· Compacting materials using power vibrators to create leveled bases.
· Finishing concrete surfaces with rough or smooth patterns depending on the customer’s preference.
· Casting and spreading concrete to patch voids.
Estimator/Project Manager
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
– Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
– Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
– Proficient in construction estimating and project management software (e.g., Bluebeam, HeavyBid)
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels
– Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
– Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Knowledge of cost control techniques and ability to analyze project budgets
