We are incredibly proud of our collaboration with the Pittsburg community middle school. It was an honor to contribute our efforts and resources to a project that not only enhances the school’s entrance, but built with dedication and quality craftsmanship, designed to endure for generations, serving as a lasting welcome and a daily reminder of what we can achieve when we come together.

Women's Crisis Center
At RFB, we believe in building a stronger, safer community for everyone. That’s why we are proud to partner with the Women’s Safe House Crisis Center, a vital organization dedicated to empowering women and children who have experienced domestic violence. Through our support, we aim to provide a helping hand to those in their most vulnerable moments and contribute to a future free from abuse.
A particularly meaningful project for our team has been our direct involvement in enhancing the center’s ability to welcome all family members, including the four-legged ones. Recognizing that pets are a significant source of comfort and emotional support, we were thrilled to contribute to the construction of on-site dog cages.
This initiative addresses a critical need, as many women fleeing abusive situations are faced with the heartbreaking decision of leaving their beloved pets behind. The fear of their pet’s safety is a major barrier that can prevent a woman from seeking help. Thanks to the new kennels, the Women’s Safe House can now offer a safe haven for these cherished companions, allowing women and children to have their entire family with them as they heal and recover.
Our commitment to the Women’s Safe House Crisis Center is a huge part of our company’s values. We are inspired by their unwavering dedication and are proud to stand with them in their mission to create a community where everyone can live without fear. We look forward to continuing our partnership and finding new ways to support the incredible work they do.
National Association of Women in Construction
We are proud supporters of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), an organization at the forefront of strengthening and amplifying the success of women in the construction industry. Our involvement goes beyond membership; we believe in taking an active role in shaping the future of our field.
It is our great honor to have one of our company’s leaders serve as a Past President of the NAWIC 382 Chapter.
